Women Leaders Executive Leadership Study Tour to South Korea

13 May 2027

13–21 May 2027 | Seoul & Busan

Women Leaders by the Circle is delighted to announce our 2027 AU/NZ Executive Leadership Study Tour to South Korea — an immersive nine-day programme designed for senior women leading across AI, cyber security, digital transformation, data and technology.

South Korea is one of the world’s most advanced digital economies and is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, cyber resilience, semiconductors and next-generation digital infrastructure. The Study Tour will give delegates first-hand access to the organisations, leaders and innovation ecosystems shaping the future of technology across government, industry and research.

The programme will be co-led by Vannessa Van Beek, Global Chief Information Security Officer at Fortescue, and Stevie-Ann Dovico, Chief Technology Officer at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

Across Seoul and Busan, delegates will take part in a carefully curated programme of executive briefings, business engagements, innovation ecosystem visits, cultural immersion and peer leadership conversations. The programme will explore key themes including AI and enterprise transformation, cyber security and national resilience, semiconductors and AI infrastructure, innovation ecosystems, digital government and data leadership.

The Study Tour will bring together an intimate cohort of approximately 35 senior leaders from Australia and New Zealand, creating an opportunity to build trusted relationships, exchange perspectives and learn alongside peers facing many of the same leadership and transformation challenges.

Dates: Thursday 13 May – Friday 21 May 2027
Locations: Seoul & Busan, South Korea
