The executive discussion brought together senior leaders from financial services, retail and technology to examine the practical challenges of moving AI from experimentation into responsible, enterprise-wide adoption. The conversation focused on AI governance, risk management and organisational readiness, exploring how businesses could embed AI into institutional processes while maintaining appropriate oversight, compliance and trust.

Leaders discussed the shift from proofs of concept to production, including how organisations could prioritise use cases, scale successful initiatives and align technology, legal, governance and compliance teams. The discussion also examined the importance of measuring AI value and business impact, spanning financial, operational, customer and reputational outcomes.
