Building the Next Organisation: What Leaders Need to Rethink in the Age of AI

24 Nov 2026

12pm-2pm AEDT

Artificial intelligence is moving beyond individual productivity tools to fundamentally reshape how organisations operate, make decisions and deliver value. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in teams, workflows and business processes, leaders face important questions about the future of organisational design, operating models and the relationship between people and technology.

Hosted by the Trans - Tasman Business Circle in partnership with Asana, this exclusive executive roundtable luncheon will bring together C-suite leaders for an intimate, peer-led discussion with Arnab Bose, Chief Product Officer, Asana.

Drawing on Arnab's global perspective, the conversation will explore how organisations can move beyond simply introducing AI into existing processes to rethink how work gets done, how human judgement and AI capabilities can work together, and where competitive advantage will emerge in an increasingly AI-enabled world.

The discussion will encourage executives to share practical experiences, challenge traditional approaches and consider the strategic decisions required to prepare their organisations for the next three to five years.

This is a private, invitation-only executive roundtable conducted under the Chatham House Rule. Attendance is limited and expressions of interest are welcomed from senior leaders whose roles are relevant to the discussion. All expressions of interest will be reviewed by the Trans - Tasman Business Circle, with attendance confirmed directly to approved participants.
