This event has become a standout tradition of AFL Grand Final Week, bringing together over 200 dynamic women and leaders to celebrate the impact, leadership and legacy of women in and around the game.

 

Bigger than ever for 2026, this year’s breakfast will once again feature an incredible line-up of AFL legends, influential women in sport and leadership, and unforgettable conversations exploring resilience, leadership, legacy and the moments that define us - both on and off the field.
